    RESPONSIBILITIESFull life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals in direct hire rolesCold calling, screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing candidates technical abilities and preparing candidates for interviewsUtilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talentBuilding and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.

    Collaborate with Account Managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hireMarket qualified candidates to new and existing clientsKnowledge of Bullhorn ATS is a plusREQUIREMENTS2-3 years experience recruiting for engineering roles - preferably in the automotive industryExperience with a fast-paced recruiting environment supporting direct or contract positionsDriven, Upbeat, positive attitudeHighly motivated with a desire to succeedAbility to develop long term relationships with candidates
