- Recruitment for FTE roles with a focus on Engineering related to the Automotive Industry
- Partner with hiring managers and other cross functional partners to drive innovative talent acquisition solutions within the region.
- Develop a recruitment strategy, recruit, and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.
- You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.
- Must be onsite 3 days a week in the Bloomfield Hills area
- 5+ years of previous experience in recruitment (combination of agency and in house is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
- Wil handle a requisition load of 15-25 openings
- Experience with Engineering recruiting (Automotive industry experience is a big plus including OEM)
- Ability to translate business/organizational needs as they relate to recruiting lifecycle
- Lead with a customer centric approach with a proven ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking system and social media tools - Workday experience is a plus
- An ability to work independently and drive recruiting seamlessly, quickly and with passion
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, experience sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and an international environment
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide excellent service to our candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners

Full life cycle recruiting that includes meeting with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build an effective recruiting strategy, and set/manage clear process and delivery expectations
Act as trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers, HR Managers and HR Business Partners by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
