- Implementing SAFE Family Recovery in the region;
- Supervising Recovery Support and MDFR Specialists;
- Monitoring staff training and quality assurance;
- Providing data and reports to DCF;
- Attendance at client meetings;
- Being the local contact for DCF and community providers.
- Master's degree required;
- Licensed in relevant field;
- Preferred experience in substance use field with child protective services involvement;
- Various certifications required;
- Compliance with health and vaccine regulations;
- Annual Conflict of Interest training.
- Effective staff supervision;
- Leadership, organization, and planning skills;
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
- PC skills with Office Package proficiency;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
