Criminal Court Program Manager with CCADV (Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence)


The Criminal Court Program Manager builds relationships, is a strong collaborator, and possesses a basic understanding of the criminal justice system, the Family Violence Victim Advocate Program, the role of advocates and the Domestic Violence Alert Notification GPS program (AN/GPS).

This position provides support and technical assistance on the AN/GPS program, systems advocacy, ongoing communication and works with FVVAs to support enhanced case management services to survivors participating in the AN/GPS program.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with member organizations to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Providing training and technical assistance on the AN/GPS program.
  • Initiating and maintaining strategic relationships with funders, governmental agencies, and project evaluators.
  • Partnering with the Judicial Branch to support the statewide expansion of the AN/GPS Monitoring System.
  • Attending court meetings and ensuring effective communication on program effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance and providing support to victims throughout their participation in the program.
  • Generating accurate and impactful reports to assess victim experiences and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with the criminal court system preferred
  • Understanding and commitment to our mission and the issues surrounding domestic violence.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and complete accurate reports.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects.
  • Initiative, problemsolving skills, and a positive attitude.

Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
