Your qualifications at a glance

You have successfully completed your studies in logistics, industrial engineering or business administration
You also have first practical experience, ideally in the waste management industry
You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, as well as independent and goal-oriented work
Your strong flexibility enables you to travel in the southern German region

This is what your day looks like with us

In our 18-month trainee program, you will get to know our entire company in Bavaria through assignments at various stations and will eventually take on leadership responsibilities
You can expect on-the-job training - you will be systematically trained in various business and task areas and take on initial responsibilities
You will actively work on tasks from daily business and carry out independent project work to optimize our company
Our experts and managers will accompany and support you throughout the entire program
