- Compliance Guidance: Provide guidance to employees on compliance matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Compliance Training and Education: Administer the Company's Compliance Training and Education Program, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training on compliance-related topics.
- Affiliate Compliance Integration: Assist with the affiliate Compliance integration process, ensuring seamless integration of compliance procedures and standards.
- Compliance Materials Distribution: Prepare and distribute various Compliance materials and resources to employees to facilitate awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
- Compliance Investigations: Conduct or assist with Compliance investigations as needed, ensuring thorough and timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Compliance Advice: Render Compliance advice throughout the organization, exercising discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing useful insights on Compliance matters.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by completing other tasks/projects as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Previous experience in compliance within the gaming industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing insights on Compliance matters.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
