- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define product specifications and integrate hardware designs into overall system architecture.
- Design and develop electronic circuitry for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout design using industry-standard tools.
- Perform thorough analysis, simulation, and testing of hardware designs to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware/PCB design, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout design using tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and EMC/EMI considerations.
