We are looking for a full time Performance Improvement Coordinator supporting Saint Alphonsus Quality and Safety.

    The Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for implementing aspects of the Health Ministry's Quality and Safety Plan as delegated by the Director.

    Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the processes for reporting performance data to CMS, other regulatory bodies and the health system.

    Serves as an expert consultant, and educator to administration, management, colleagues, and physicians in data access, interpretation and analysis. Assists department managers, medical staff, hospital administration, and colleagues in developing performance measurement and improvement programs. Facilitates performance improvement teams.


    General Requirements:
    + Three years of healthcare experience, preferred


    Education:
    + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field, preferred.
