    • Recruit, train, and retain a subject matter expert pool for developing test items.
    • Ensure the quality and performance of the exams through psychometric analysis.
    • Monitor assessment and exam performance on an on-going basis to ensure they meet the target role competencies and program requirements.
    • Monitor the transformation of SailPoint roles and products to keep our certifications aligned and up to date.
    • Assist in creating certification enablement materials including exam guides, study courses, certification prep webinars and other collateral.
    • Develop proficiency in the identity security talent market and partner with the Certification Program Manager to continuously grow and improve our exams.
    • Provide guidance on exam design, development, and delivery to the Community and Education Services team.
    • Become our technology expert for our item development and delivery platforms for exam operations and delivery, including discrete option multiple choice items.
    • Partner with our exam delivery vendor to configure and maintain complex, coded items.
    • Provide answers and support to the support team and/or respond to escalated support issues related to our exams in a timely manner.
    Skills/Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree; degree in adult education, testing, or psychometrics preferred, not required
    • 3 to 5 years of experience developing and maintaining high-stakes certifications.
    • Deep expertise in developing legally defensible exams.
    • Familiar with psychometric principles and know how to use data to analyze item exposure and overall exam health.
    • Experience in stakeholder management and group facilitation.
    • Comfortable using different forms of testing & item bank software.
    • Able to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in project management.
    • Experience within the software/SaaS industry is a plus.
