    The breathtaking Tuscany Village, a Hilton Grand Vacations Resort, is seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our customer service-oriented team.

    Located on 34 acres of lush tropical landscape near Orlando's major attractions, our property provides an ideal platform to showcase your customer service skills while advancing your career in hospitality with a renowned brand.

    As a Front Office Manager, your responsibilities include:

    • Ensure efficient and courteous treatment of guests/owners while upholding HGV standards
    • Assist in training and overseeing new department employees
    • Maintain Front Office quality standards and ensure consistent policy application
    • Collaborate with accounting to manage account receivables
    • Coordinate with other departments for improved communication and guest satisfaction
    • Manage room inventory to optimize revenues while meeting guest expectations
    • Conduct timely performance appraisals
    • Serve as a link between the resort and guests/owners to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Address and resolve guest concerns/complaints promptly and effectively

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ year(s) of management or supervisory experience
    • 2+ year(s) of related experience
    • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Remain courteous and professional when dealing with upset guests and challenging situations
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    In this role, it is beneficial to exhibit the following:

    • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
    • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints
    • Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Decision-making abilities and leadership qualities
    • Understanding of the collaboration between Housekeeping and Front Office
