    About the Job:

    We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join the team at Loews Hotels Universal Orlando. At our award-winning hotels at Universal Orlando Resort, we value diversity, training, and the well-being of our team members. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing guest services operations to ensure top-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing room types, training, team communication, and maintaining high standards in partnership with the front office leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of frontline or guest services management with supervisory experience
    • Knowledge of hotel operations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of outstanding guest service
    • Organizational skills and flexibility to work varied shifts
    • Experience with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business preferred
