    Overview:


    Join our team as a Cruise Booking Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in helping clients plan unforgettable cruise experiences.

    You'll use your expertise in the cruise industry to provide personalized recommendations, secure bookings, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.


    Responsibilities:

    Client Consultation: Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their cruise preferences, budget, and desired destinations.
    2.


    Cruise Research: Conduct comprehensive research on available cruise options, including cruise lines, itineraries, onboard amenities, and special promotions.
    3.


    Booking Management: Coordinate cruise bookings, including cabin selection, dining preferences, shore excursions, and any additional requests.
    4.


    Customization: Personalize cruise packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, including special occasions, dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements.
    5.


    Price Negotiation: Negotiate with cruise lines to secure the best rates, discounts, and exclusive perks for our clients.
    6.


    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cruise bookings, client information, and communication for reference and follow-up.
    7.


    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests before, during, and after their cruise.
    8.


    Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new cruise offerings, and destination information to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    9.


    Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including travel agents and cruise line representatives, to ensure smooth coordination of travel plans.


    Requirements:

    Experience: Previous experience in cruise sales, travel booking, or a related field is preferred.

    Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard amenities is preferred.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and cruise line representatives.

    Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritize tasks efficiently.

    Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately process bookings and meet clients' needs.
    6.


    Customer Focus: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients.

    Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using booking platforms, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
    8.


    Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing client demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
    9.


    Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in hospitality or tourism management is a plus.
