    Description

    Overview:Join our team as a Cruise Booking Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in helping clients plan unforgettable cruise experiences. You'll use your expertise in the cruise industry to provide personalized recommendations, secure bookings, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.


    Responsibilities:

    Client Consultation:
     Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their cruise preferences, budget, and desired destinations

    Cruise Research:
     Conduct comprehensive research on available cruise options, including cruise lines, itineraries, onboard amenities, and special promotions

    Booking Management:
     Coordinate cruise bookings, including cabin selection, dining preferences, shore excursions, and any additional requests

    Customization:
     Personalize cruise packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, including special occasions, dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements

    Price Negotiation:
     Negotiate with cruise lines to secure the best rates, discounts, and exclusive perks for our clients

    Documentation:
     Maintain accurate records of cruise bookings, client information, and communication for reference and follow-up

    Customer Service:
     Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests before, during, and after their cruise

    Stay Informed:
     Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new cruise offerings, and destination information to provide informed recommendations to clients

    Collaboration:
     Work closely with other team members, including travel agents and cruise line representatives, to ensure smooth coordination of travel plans


    Requirements:

    Experience:
     Previous experience in cruise sales, travel booking, or a related field is preferred

    Knowledge:
     In-depth knowledge of cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard amenities is preferred

    Communication Skills:
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and cruise line representatives

    Organization:
     Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritize tasks efficiently

     Meticulous attention to detail to accurately process bookings and meet clients' needs

     Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients

    Tech-Savvy:
     Proficiency in using booking platforms, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office suite

    Education:
     A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in hospitality or tourism management is a plus.
