Requirements:


We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our exceptional team As an AccountsPayable Specialist, you will be an active and important partner in the accounting process which is key to our ongoing success.


Requirements:

SAP Knowledge
Strong attention to detail

High sense of urgency and ability to work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • 2 years of accounting experience (preferably as an A/R and/or A/P Clerk)

Responsibilities:

Review, process, and approve invoices daily.
Managing vendor audits including processing credit memos.
Assist in administrative tasks.
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
Analyzing workflow processes.
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
Processing due invoices for payments.
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
