    Intradco Global is looking for a Senior Cargo Account Manager - Commercial located in Miami, FL who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn and grow with a global team.

    We will provide the successful candidate with training, as well as industry know-how. Bringing strong professional connections from clients and customer relationship management skills are essential for a successful candidate.
    Purpose of Role

    To manage all aspects of a Cargo charter flight from initial request to putting offers together, following up with client, and carrying through to booking and handling of flight operation to completion.

    To maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements within budgetary and operational restrictions while making a suitable profit for the company.

    To generate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiatives including following up on new leads, client recommendations, and networking opportunities.

    Contribute towards innovative solutions, processes, and product development that help keep Intradco Global at the forefront of specialized Live Animal & Specialist Cargo (live events) logistics.

    Working across the North America and Latin America region, collaborating with our global teams and partners.
    Key Responsibilities
    Communicate effectively with aircraft providers for offers.
    Negotiate with aircraft providers to procure the best value for clients.
    Ensure timely and detailed offers are provided for clients.
    Maintain and develop client relationships to maximize business opportunities and increase loyalty.
    Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable aircraft charter solutions.
    Verify supplier contracts for accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
    Issue flight briefs with all relevant information.
    Operationally manage complex air charter/freight/project movements.
    Tailor and create standard operational procedures for implementation and review.
    Provide customs advice to clients and the internal team.
    Foster a collaborative approach to market-focused solutions within the team.
    Effectively manage personnel in line with HR policies and guidelines.
    Assist in setting targets for the team's annual expectations and provide guidance.
    Verify supplier invoices and ensure accuracy in the invoicing process.
    Record all pertinent customer prospect information in the CRM system and stay updated on industry developments.

    What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
    Airport operations experience
    4+ years of relevant experience
    Proficient in English and Spanish
