    In this Account Director role, you will be responsible for leading big clients, for employee development, and for continuing to strengthen and evolve culture.

    In your first few weeks in this Account Director role, you can expect to:

    Lead client relationships day-to-dayDevelop strategies for client's many projectsWork with the Creative Director to ensure work delivers powerfully against the strategic objectivesDevelop and maintain extraordinarily deep relationships with senior to mid-level clientsFoster effective and productive internal team dynamics
