- 3 years' experience in food and beverage service industry. Arena/Stadium industry preferred but no required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest's expectations ensuring and exceptional level of service.
- Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Detail oriented and able to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work night, weekends, holidays, and extended hours along with normal business hours.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu and as much information about the food and beverage offerings available in order to answer any questions guest may have.
- Assist in the setup, preparation and provide service for functions as required.
- Must be able to work all games and catering events.
- Will be responsible for scheduling, event set up and game day set up and execution.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of operation.
- Organize and keep areas of operation detailed and ready for next event.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Courteous and pleasant toward guest and colleagues.
- Must be able to have fun and stay in a good frame of mind as this is a hospitality job and if you are not having fun, you are not doing it right.
