Pay Range:
$65, 000 - $70, 000 DOEResponsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with leads from various digital platforms and the company's media contentEfficiently convert prospects into scheduled appointments on advisors calendars using phone, email, and text messagingDocument detailed interactions with prospects, ensuring accurate communication of information to the appropriate advisor or teamManage the distribution, collection, and processing of client questionnaires in preparation for advisor meetingsSupport the implementation of business development strategies, including tracking lead progress, managing reschedules, and maintaining CRM dataWork collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to analyze and mitigate the frequency of meeting reschedules and cancellationsRepresent the company at seminars to enhance lead generation efforts, with no requirement for travelRequirements:Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or FinanceEntry-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
