    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to join our team in Perry Hall, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical control systems for machinery automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming PLCs from scratch and extensive experience in machinery automation.


    Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for machinery automation.
    Program PLCs from scratch to meet project requirements.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical controls into machinery designs.
    Troubleshoot and debug electrical control systems as needed.
    Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
    Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical control systems and machinery automation.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    Proven experience in programming PLCs from scratch.
    Strong understanding of electrical control systems and machinery automation.
    Proficiency with PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
    Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems.
    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
