- Collaboration: Foster an innovative culture within the Quality Assurance team. - Customer Empathy: Ability to Identify/understand customer pain points, the ability to listen when needed and accept feedback from our operator/consumers to improve upon the problems they face.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related fields or equivalent experience preferred
- MBA is a plus
- 15+ years of QA experience
- 10+ years of experience leading QA teams, 5+ years in test automation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance strategies in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong knowledge in validating Credit card payment processing with variable network conditions
- Experience utilizing network emulation techniques to troubleshoot variable network conditions for IoT products
- Demonstrated success in bringing products to market
- Full End-to-End experience testing throughout the SDLC
- Think critically about existing processes and opportunities, generates bold, creative ideas, and exhibits problem solving, process improvement, analysis, and quick decision making
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

The Director of Quality Assurance is a leadership role responsible for leading the team that manages 365's quality assurance, production readiness and performance functions. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the highest product quality. Oversight includes the entire 365 product line that our customers and operators interact with daily (self-checkout kiosks, smart coolers, vending machines) along with various web-based management portals that drive the client and consumer experiences inclusive of tools used in the warehouse by the operator and their employees to run their business. You will lead a team that seeks to execute on developing Test Strategies, Plans and selection of the best Tools to validate the functionality of 365 Retail Markets Products. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Software Development at 365 Retail Markets.
