Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct root cause analysis on software issues
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Utilize tools such as TestNG, Selenium, and HP Quality Center for testing
- Test RESTful APIs and web services
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Experience with Azure, DB2, Ant, and working knowledge of databases
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Knowledge of API testing and familiarity with HP Quality Center
Job Type:
Contract
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
- Test automation: 1 year (preferred)
