    Business Process Analyst - Long Term Contract - Hybrid
    6 month contract opportunity with extension

    Schedule:
    First 45 days onsite, then hybrid (2 days a week onsite - choose your preferred days)
    Office located in Houston, TX


    Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst As a Business Process Analyst you are going to help with business process implementation as the client acquires companies.

    There are many deliverables that need to happen to ensure the client is operating in a cohesive manner. Your job will be to document all of the processes that happen when a new company is acquired.


    This includes:
    network, hardware, email (mailflow), cloud, mobile. All of these activities need to be documented.

    This person will need to understand how to document these activities and find gaps and make recommendations to close those gaps.


    Responsibilities include:
    End-to-end documentation of all processes
    Creating playbook for cutover of Infrastructure, Active Directory, Email, O365
    Use of Visio for process flows and diagrams
    Future work to create strategy on how to streamline integration of all companies


    Requirements:
    Must have experience in IT Infrastructure and Network
    5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
    Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
