    Job Title:

    Sales ManagerLocation: La Posada Hotel, Laredo, TXLa Posada Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's customer base
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Conduct market research to stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activity
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior managementRequirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
