Responsibilities:


  • By leading and training your team, you ensure a consistently high level of sales performance in line with the given omnichannel strategy
  • You organize and plan the sales team as efficiently as possible to meet the varying customer frequencies
  • You ensure that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience
  • In collaboration with other departments, you ensure optimal product availability
  • You coordinate all sales activities and campaigns together with the Customer Service Manager, and implement planned customer events

Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a vocational training (ideally in retail) or a (dual) degree with a focus on commerce
  • You have several years of work experience (in retail) and (initial) leadership experience
  • You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You possess strong leadership skills
  • You have high analytical abilities, are communicative and able to implement ideas
  • You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
