You independently manage projects in the field of technical building automation, always keeping a focus on both technical and commercial aspects
You take direct communication with our clients and coordinate the project team to ensure a smooth process
You ensure that tenders are properly accompanied, construction services are awarded, and constructionrelated project controls and optimizations are carried out
With your technical expertise, you also ensure compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines
As the technical contact person, you accompany the project through all phases: from contract award to final acceptance
Through the selection, coordination, and verification of suppliers and service providers, you ensure optimal quality and efficiency
You are responsible for managing contract amendments in consultation with our clients
With your technical expertise and innovative solutions, you actively shape the strategic development of the company
Furthermore, you develop and maintain customer relationships through technical sales, both with existing and new customers

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree in a technical field, ideally in automation technology, electrical engineering, building technology, or a similar discipline
With several years of professional experience in building automation and project management, you bring a solid knowledge base
You have a very good technical and commercial understanding
