    Description

    Our client, an exciting and growing Better For You Food Brand, is looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing team and drive brand awareness. You will be responsible for ensuring that products and services resonate with current and potential customers and for developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives, monitoring marketing trends, and competitive analysis.

    Responsibilities:


    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights


    • Help shape and communicate our vision and mission


    • Translate brand elements into 360 marketing plans and go-to-market strategies


    • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives


    • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates


    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs


    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities


    • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities


    • Devise innovative growth strategies

    Requirements:


    • Minimum 3-5+ years proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager


    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives


    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns


    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix


    • Strong analytical and creative skills


    • Data-driven thinking


    • Outstanding communication skills


    • Degree in marketing or a related field
