Summary

We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager in Skincare who is dynamic and resultsdriven. Your main focus will be on leading our marketing efforts in the areas of digital marketing, social media, website operations, influencers, and eCommerce. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand recognition, engage our target audience, and drive sales._

Roles & Responsibilities
- _Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product development strategies aligned with market trends._
- _Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch._
- _Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins._
- _Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes._
- _Create and maintain detailed project timelines for each product launch._
- _Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to deadlines._
- _Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China._
- _Craft compelling and accurate product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials._
- _Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create persuasive and engaging content that resonates with the target audience._

Minimum Qualifications
- _2+ years of experience in the Skincare products_
- _Must be a starter and a collaborative team player_
- _Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to present professionally to cross-functional teams and related vendors_
- _Strong project management and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects_
- _High interest in Makeup and knowledge of current trends_
- _Excellent organizational skills_
- _Strong desire to work through challenges by implementing creative solutions_
- _Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field._
