Support various aspects of the accounting and reporting processes by collaborating with team mates to close, prepare, review, and analyze financial results and statements.
Develop and manage the companies budget and forecasting processes. Provide monthly financial forecasting to support the strategic plan.
Possess an aptitude to make sound business decisions regarding high level finance/accounting initiatives.
Proven track record of solving complex problems either through automated solutions and/or process changes.
Ability to identify areas of opportunity and implement specific action plans to improve all aspects of the finance/accounting department goals.

Accounting/Finance Degree and/or equivalent work experience
Industry experience is a plus but not required.
