You will be required to help manage the entire move process, be a point of contact and liaison for the customer.

The focus will be on commercial customers and accounts, but this position will need to understand how to assist the residential division as well.

Provide excellent follow through while maintaining quality assurance at every level of assistance and action. To work harmoniously with operations, sales representative(s) and other coordinators to meet the needs of our customers.
