- Support various aspects of the accounting and reporting processes by collaborating with team mates to close, prepare, review, and analyze financial results and statements.
- Develop and manage the companies' budget and forecasting processes. Provide monthly financial forecasting to support the strategic plan.
- Possess an aptitude to make sound business decisions regarding high level finance/accounting initiatives.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems either through automated solutions and/or process changes.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity and implement specific action plans to improve all aspects of the finance/accounting department goals.

- Accounting/Finance Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong oral/written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Detail-oriented with initiative and ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Very Proficient in the use of computer software programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
