    The Opportunity

    As CSC continues to drive additional growth, the company has identified the need for a Richmond-based Account Manager to help build a long-term, trusted relationship with our customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the lease commencement process for both new and existing customers. This includes onboarding of new clients and liaising cross-departmentally to ensure smooth procurement, timely lease execution, and elevated customer service. This new hire will also collaborate with the Sales Team to address client queries and identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio. Account Management responsibilities center around developing strong relationships with CSC customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and engagement.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the successful onboarding of assigned customer accounts
    • Project manage all steps in the lease origination process from onboarding through lease commencement
    • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client satisfaction and fulfillment
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer account matters
    • Handle client complaints and work to find solutions
    • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and partners
    • Provide proactive and consultative customer support, ensuring high retention with new and existing customer base
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of CSC solutions according to customer needs
    • Work with Sales Team to identify new business opportunities with existing clients
    • Peer training, as required
    • Other duties, as assigned

    Competencies

    • Prior experience as an Account Manager or related role
    • Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Experience interacting with CRM platforms (preferably )
    • Ability to effectively communicate cross-departmentally, with all levels of the organization
    • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and active listening skills
    • Sales Acumen – desire to work in a sales-oriented organization
    • Passionate about customer-centric relationships
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of account management or a related field
