    Description

    Southeastern Equipment is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio Bring your skills to Southeastern and we will provide: excellent compensation, full benefits package and additional opportunities for promotion.

    Job Summary: The CSR provides Southeastern customers with a friendly, helpful, and timely experience designed to ensure customer success.

    Duties include:

    Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while calling customers and prospects

    Generating and qualifying leads through various marketing channels, including Southeasterns website, tradeshows, and internal/external databases

    Coordinating with sales and rental representatives to generate equipment pricing and demo requests

    Setting reminders to contact customers based on feedback

    Adding and updating Southeasterns internal CRM with contacts, accounts, and billing information

    Attending local tradeshows and following up with resulting leads

    Responding to customer inquiries by phone, text, or email

    Any other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and the ability to listen carefully

    Obsessively organized coupled with the ability to multi task

    Familiar with CRM software like Salesforce

    Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a calculator

    Minimum of High School diploma or GED, some college preferred

    Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus

    Customer Service Representative will be paid a base salary and have access to a full benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, critical illness insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and wellness benefits
