    Description


    Business Development ManagerWe are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager with government contracting experience to drive growth and expand our portfolio.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and achieving sales targets.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other means
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to grow business revenue
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
    • Analyze market trends and competition to inform business development strategies
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvementRequirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Development Manager or similar role
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both government and commercial clients and partners
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Strong analytical and problem
    • solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Note:
    This position is considered Hybrid regrading in-office requirements. We are only seeking candidates local to the MD area.


    Note:
    Commission and Bonus Structure is in addition to Base Salary.
