- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Utilize HubSpot Sales Professional CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate forecasts for sales projections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and technical support, to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, effectively networking and promoting our brand to a wider audience.
- 2 or more years of proven success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling directly to real estate property managers, regional directors, and owners of multifamily apartment communities.
- Experience selling smart technology (IoT) solutions is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of IoT applications within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Professional CRM is a significant advantage, with the ability to leverage CRM tools for lead management and sales optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat is essential for preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Outside sales experience is a must, with the ability to thrive in face-to-face interactions and build rapport with clients in diverse settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships and closing complex deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
