    Avera is presently looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver top-quality nursing care in patient-centered environments.

    Position Highlights:

    • Student Loan Repayment: This RN position qualifies for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, providing an additional monthly payment of $167 (up to $10,000) to accelerate loan payoffs.

    Job Summary

    The RN's role is to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, supervise staff, coordinate care with ancillary teams, and communicate effectively with physicians to ensure top-notch patient care.

    Education and/or Experience

    • Preferably a graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program. Graduates from approved nursing programs are also considered.
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing is desirable.

    Licensure/Certification/Registration

    • State of South Dakota RN license is mandatory or meeting multi-state licensures requirements.

    Pay

    The hourly wage range for this role is detailed below, with the actual rate contingent on experience.

    • $46.50 per hour
