Responsibilities and Duties:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician's orders.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Document patient's progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Follow all healthcare protocols and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous education programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in medical-surgical, intensive care, or emergency nursing preferred.
