    Registered Nurse - ICU

    Job Description:

    Essential Role Responsibilities

    Beverly ICU is recognized with a Beacon Award for its Critical Care unit catering to cardiac and medical/surgical cases. The unit offers individual orientation, an on-site Intensivist/physician assistant 24/7. As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, your duties will include:

    • Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient's progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
    • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal healthcare strategy plan for each patient
    • Support and educate patients and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
    • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
    • ICU experience preferred
