    A Fort Lauderdale based large yacht management firm continues to seek top professionals that strive for results driven exceptionalism in an environment of mutual support and well-being.

    We have a staff of forty professionals with an international clientele. This position welcomes individuals with a positive and collaborative nature while also being dedicated to accuracy and completeness in their work.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of two years of administrative support experience.
    2. Ability to work with other Administrative Assistants reporting to more than one manager.
    3. Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
    4. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    6. Must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
    7. Candidates with strong IT and software utilization skills will be given extra consideration.

    The starting salary for this non-exempt position is $20.00 hourly. Normal work hours are 8:00 am to 4:40 pm, Monday through Friday.
