    Job Description Job Description Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a self-motivated, relational, and servant hearted Facilities Coordinator to join our campus team.

    This person will assist in leading facilities activities to ensure safe, efficient, and welcoming environments. A person who enjoys physical activity and is an effective problem solver will thrive in this role.

    Facilities Coordinator PT // EAGLE BROOK CHURCHPOSITION SUMMARYAssists with creating a clean and safe environment that welcomes attenders. Leads teams of volunteers and maintains the mobile site and campus office. Reports to the Facilities Manager.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupports the Facilities duties including set-up and tear-down for all campus eventsMaintains the function of buildings furnishings and equipmentAssists with ensuring safety for attenders and staffHelps to recruit and train Facilities volunteersGives work direction to the Facilities volunteer teamFollows campus emergency procedures and supports staff in the event of an emergencyAssists in maintaining inventory of custodial supplies, equipment, and furnishingsOther projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFollower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brooks nine core beliefsExperience supporting coordination of departmental work activityPhysical ability for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment, plus occasional snow removal on sidewalksExperience leading volunteers preferredMechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting cleaning and other equipment preferredTechnical aptitude for operating systems including climate control, alarms, data base, event planning, time keeping, MS Office, and other tools as assignedMust be able to lift and load up to 50 poundsWORK SCHEDULEWorks a flexible schedule including day and evening hours along with extended hours on Sundays for mobile site set up and tear down.

    Expected to work minimum of 42 weekends per year.
