- Review and evaluation of retail ticket requests or enquiries.
- Evaluate request and priority, defining optimum corrective action and timing. Update ticket request.
- Communicate to requestor, vendor, and/or resource regarding status and action plan.
- Communicate and coordinate corrective action plans with landlords, regional business managers and clinic staff.
- Validate completion of ticket request and date of resolution and confirm satisfaction of work.
- Escalate priority issues, providing awareness to unsatisfactory situations.
- Track and monitor of overall performance (KPIs) and response time, driving action to improve on service.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of the ticket database.
- Responsible for providing oversight and guidance to ensure safe, timely, high quality delivery in multiple simultaneous retail construction projects including new stores, remodels and special projects.
- Review project schedules with General Contractor, Regional Managing Director and retail store management to determine optimal timing on remodels to minimize impact to retail operations
- Review all contractor invoices and documentation to ensure validity.
- Read and interpret hard copy and electronic contract drawings to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate final punch list reviews to inspect workmanship and conformance with project plans, including creating and distributing a punch list report documenting any and all deficiencies found and providing a re-inspection to ensure all outstanding items are resolved prior to turnover to retail.
- Ticket and request Response time.
- Completion of retail project tasks on time.
- React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.
- Provide administrative support (assist with landlord requests, etc.)
- Knowledge of building maintenance, preventive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing or building mechanics

Responsible for resolution performance driving customer satisfaction.Additional responsibilities include the support and oversight to drive retail construction projects to completion.
