- Determine acceptability of Representations and Warranties Insurance and Transactional Risk Insurance options for Mergers and Acquisitions deals using high level financial risk analysis and negotiating with buyers and sellers.
- Work closely with legal counsel and underwriters to perform due diligence reviews of coverage applications.
- Customize RWI policies for approved M&A transactions.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA designation.
- Ability to assess accuracy of financial statements, existence of significant current contracts and sufficiency of assets when reviewing representations and warranties insurance applications.
