    The Senior Accountant is responsible for analyzing complex financial records and reports as well as assisting in overseeing accounting operations. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining a organizational ledgers to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.

    Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

    • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
    • Financial Statement Analysis
    • Analysis of daily, weekly, monthly sales and margins
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly preparation of journal entries and analyses as required
    • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes of management systems
    • Maintain all fixed assets records
    • Support other various accounting functions as assigned, including inventory analysis, regulatory filings, management reporting, and cost-savings analysis
    • Assist in overseeing accounting staff, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

    Senior Accountant Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 3-5 years of accounting experience required
    • CPA or MBA highly desired
    • Should have strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
    • Strong Organizational Skills
