    We are looking for a confident and up-beat Associate to set the tempo for our wax center. Our ideal candidate is eager to make a lasting impact within a new, budding location and environment. They are goal-oriented, accountable, and a team player. Candidates must be punctual, take pride in their appearance, and strive to exceed sales goals.

    As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center at HHLA, we'll equip you with the tools needed to feel confident working effectively throughout your shift and closing out transactions.

    Responsibilities:
    ·

    Open/Close the Center
    ·

    Smoothly check Guests in and out
    ·

    Process payments from Guests
    ·

    Ability to sell wax passes and retail products while offering an amazing customer service experience
    ·

    Work well with other team members
    ·

    Consistently have a fun and positive attitude

    Requirements:
    ·

    High school diploma or equivalent
    ·

    1 year of experience in Sales (preferred)
    ·

    1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferred)
    ·

    Ability to work successfully with others within a team setting
    ·

    Reliable means of transportation
