Due to our fantastic performance this past year, our clients are looking at expanding our team We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to add to our client services and sales department.

We provide paid initial training and ongoing sales training and growth for every employee.

Individuals hired for the Customer Service Associate role will also have the chance to work with our passionate sales teams in a fun, energetic, and positive work atmosphere.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement better strategies for assessing client needs and closing sales
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.
  • Accurately process orders and payments in a timely manner
  • Attend individualized, handson, and classroomstyle training to better understand the fundamentals of the Customer Service Associate role
  • Engage with customers and complete forms after each encounter to determine common consumer feedback or questions
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and adhere to all client compliance rules
  • Engage in daily and weekly team meetings with the sales teams to stay current on sales goals

Customer Service Associate Requirements We Look For:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, client facing, or client relations
  • Must be detailoriented and have great organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Must be able to commute to our office daily
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

  • Alhambra, CA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Alhambra, CA: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
