The MetrumBerlin gGmbH has been operating in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district of Berlin since 2004.

It is a recognized independent provider of youth welfare services and operates two children, youth, and family centers in Hellersdorf Süd/Kaulsdorf and Hellersdorf-Nord.

The main focus of our work is in the field of outpatient assistance according to the Social Code Book VIII, primarily in the areas of individual support (-30) and family support (-31).


In addition to our outpatient and semi-residential services, we have also developed various concepts for group activities in recent years to meet the needs of children, youth, and parents.


In 2017, we expanded our services to include residential group homes for youth, closely integrated with our outpatient services for adolescents.


Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, or freelance social workers for our outpatient services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, Bachelor of Education and Training in Childhood (EBK), Diploma in Social Pedagogy/Social Work, Diploma in Education, Diploma in Psychology (or similar qualifications) for work in services according to 34 (residential services), 30 (support for individual cases), 31 (family support), 35 (intensive social pedagogical individual assistance) of the Social Code Book VIII.

  • Are willing to participate in further training
