Department:
Corporate Services is an internal service provider for the German Pension Insurance Association. The main tasks are focused on construction.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will lead a team of approximately six employees, both professionally and disciplinarily, and work closely with the department management, staff offices, and departments within the department.
  • You will manage the Program Management Office and support the Head of Staff Offices in program control.
  • You will support and oversee the implementation of change processes: developing a highperforming organization, conducting personnel assessment and deployment planning, implementing continuous improvement processes, and monitoring market trends.

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a university degree (Diploma (FH), Bachelor's degree, or equivalent) in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, which is not more than 3 years old.
  • Experience in activities related to construction and/or operation of real estate is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, selfdiscipline, a sense of responsibility, and leadership abilities.
  • You enjoy working innovatively and thrive on challenges.
