    Description

    We have a remote opportunity for a Front-End Developer, eCommerce for our client located in Cleveland. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces for our eCommerce website, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
    • Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes and design mockups into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design.
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimization of front-end code to deliver a consistent user experience across different browsers and devices.
    • Optimize front-end code and assets to improve website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
    • Integrate front-end interfaces with backend systems and third-party APIs to enable eCommerce functionalities such as product catalog management, checkout process, and payment gateways.
    • Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to front-end codebase, collaborating with other developers in a team environment.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in front-end web development, with a focus on eCommerce websites.
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ).
    • Experience with responsive design techniques and mobile-first development principles.
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
