    We are currently hiring an Assistant Manager for our eCommerce team in Cleveland, Ohio.

    As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations. Our team supports Goodwill's mission of job skills training and employment services by identifying valuables and selling them on online platforms.

    In this role, you will help ensure a smooth-running eCommerce department and will run the operation in the absence of the eCommerce manager. You will help develop training tools for the department and will assure effective posting and listing of items for sale on our eCommerce site.

    **Specific Experience/Skills/Abilities:**

    Experience with internet applications and Windows-based computer systems.

    Experience supervising, coaching and training employees.

    **Basic Requirements:**

    Must have valid driver's license and automotive insurance, must regularly provide the agency with proof of valid automotive insurance. Employees who utilize an agency vehicle must submit to a BMV check.
