    Job Summary:
    Continuously monitors and audits revenue cycle quality and production performance. Revenue cycle areas of focus include front-end, middle, patient financial services, and business support services. Partners with operational leaders to identify areas for improvement including process and education opportunities.

    Principle Responsibilities
    Supports revenue cycle leadership by continuously monitoring quality and production.

    Establishes and maintain standardized quality audit documentation and trending.
    Communicates changes to the quality assurance process to leadership and team members.
    Prepares recommendations for process improvement and training opportunities.
    Supports the creation and continual refinement of quality assurance process documentation.
    Recommends team challenges to promote team work and positively impact performance metrics.
    Implements and monitors improvement opportunities in partnership with revenue cycle leaders.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements
    Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
    Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related field preferred
    5 to 7 years of experience with revenue cycle operations required and
    3 to 7 years of quality assurance and process improvement required
