Human Resources Manager - male, female, diverse

Your responsibilities:


  • Advising and supporting the management and executives on all HR issues
  • Handling the entire spectrum of operational HR work
  • Organizing and conducting the recruiting process
  • Optimizing HR processes and implementing HR projects

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR field (preferably in a manufacturing company)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is desirable
